1. Use of the App Tide Tracker provides tide, weather, and swimming spot information for coastal locations in Ireland. The app is intended for informational purposes only

2. Subscriptions Tides Tracker offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly and Annual) that unlock premium features including 14-day forecasts and access to 40+ spots.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings
• No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period

3. Accuracy of Data Tide and weather data is sourced from third-party APIs (WorldTides, Open-Meteo). We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this data. Always check official sources before entering the water

4. Safety Swimming in the sea carries inherent risks. Tides Tracker is not a substitute for professional safety advice. Always assess conditions yourself and follow local guidelines

5. Intellectual Property All content and design in the app is the property of Tides Tracker and may not be reproduced without permission

6. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
