1. Information We Collect

Location data With your permission, we use your device location to show nearby swimming spots and relevant tide information. Location data is used only within the app and is not stored on our servers.

Usage analytics We collect anonymised usage data (screens viewed, features used) via PostHog to improve the app. This data does not include personally identifiable information.

Purchase information Subscription status is managed by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment details.

2. Third-Party Services

• Apple StoreKit — handles all subscription purchases. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy
• PostHog — analytics platform. Data is anonymised. See posthog.com/privacy
• WorldTides — tide data API. No personal data is shared
• Open-Meteo — weather data API. No personal data is shared

3. Data Storage We do not maintain a user account system. No personal data is stored on our servers

4. Your Rights You can disable location access at any time in your device Settings. You can manage or cancel your subscription via Apple ID Account Settings

5. Changes to This Policy We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy
